This Shipping Policy explains where Dumpluff Squishies ships, how orders are processed, estimated delivery times, tracking, and how to contact us about a delivery issue.

Dumpluff Squishies currently accepts and ships orders within the United States only.

Shipping Information

We offer free tracked shipping on United States orders placed through dumpluffsquishies.com.

Order Processing

Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and United States federal holidays.

Estimated Total Delivery Time

The estimated total delivery time is normally 6–10 business days: 1–2 business days for processing plus 5–8 business days in transit after shipment.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates. Carrier disruptions, severe weather, holidays, high order volumes, remote locations, or incorrect address details can affect delivery. These estimates and possible delays do not limit your rights under applicable law.

If we cannot ship within the stated processing period, we will notify you of the delay, provide a revised shipment estimate where available, and offer the cancellation and refund options required by applicable law. If we cannot fulfill your order, we will cancel it and provide a prompt refund.

Tracking

After shipment, we will email the available tracking information. Tracking updates may take approximately 24–48 hours to appear after the carrier receives the package.

Multiple Shipments

Orders containing several products may arrive in separate packages or on different dates. We will provide separate tracking information where available. We do not charge additional shipping simply because we split an order into multiple shipments.

Shipping Addresses and Order Changes

Please provide a complete and accurate shipping address and review it before placing your order. To request an address correction, cancellation, or order change, contact info@dumpluffsquishies.com as soon as possible.

We will make reasonable efforts to help, but voluntary changes may not be possible once processing or shipment has begun. If a delivery fails because of an address error supplied by the customer, reasonable reshipping charges may apply where permitted by law. We will explain any such charge before arranging reshipment.

Delivered but Not Received

If tracking shows delivery but you cannot find your package, check the delivery location, household members, neighbors, building management, and the carrier. Contact us if it remains missing so we can review the tracking and investigate. A delivered tracking scan does not automatically remove any rights you have under applicable law.

Delayed or Missing Shipments

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window or tracking has not updated for an extended period, email info@dumpluffsquishies.com with your order number. We will investigate and provide an appropriate resolution consistent with your applicable rights.

Damaged Packages

If an item arrives damaged, keep the product, components, packaging, and shipping label where possible. Contact info@dumpluffsquishies.com with your order number and clear photographs where reasonably possible.
